Ramani Ranjan Behera has extensive experience in after-sales service management within the electronics industry, currently serving as Head Service at Alphatec Audio Video Pvt Ltd since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ramani worked at Philips Electronics India Ltd. for over 16 years, holding various positions including Branch Service Head for West Bengal and North East India, where responsibilities included managing service operations, controlling audit processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience includes serving as Branch Service Head in Orissa, Bihar, and Jharkhand, as well as in multiple roles at Philips Consumer Lifestyle and Galaxy Electronics Ltd.
