Shannon Stithem is an experienced professional with a robust background in service order solutions and customer service management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Service Order Solutions at Philips since January 2008, Shannon has also held the position of Manager and Account Support Lead. Prior to joining Philips, Shannon worked at WaMu from 2002 to 2007 as a Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing a specialized call center queue with supervisors handling both internal help desk and external customer escalation calls, overseeing the productivity and success of teams comprising over 20 employees.
