Sietze Jongman is the VP and R&D Leader for Grooming & Beauty at Philips, a position held since 2021. Previously, Sietze held significant roles at various companies, including Vice President and Head of R&D at OSRAM from 2018 to 2021, and Director of Mobile Solutions at NXP from 2005 to 2008. Sietze began their career at Philips Semiconductors as a Groupleader Reliability from 1996 to 1998 and also gained experience at JDSU and Philips PolyLED in various engineering capacities.
