With over 25 years of diverse experience in R&D Quality, New Product Introduction, and Sustaining Quality, they have held key roles at various respected companies, including Becton Dickinson, Saint Jude Medical, and Valspar. Syed earned a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and the University of Bridgeport, respectively. Their expertise encompasses FDA regulations, ISO standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across organizations.
