Thomas Karimpanal is a Director of Supplier Quality at Philips, bringing over 22 years of global leadership in quality management. They have previously held key positions at companies such as Boston Scientific, GE Energy, and Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, where they significantly improved quality processes and achieved substantial cost savings. Thomas has managed Supplier Quality teams, developed robust quality systems, and driven compliance with regulatory standards across various organizations. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Quality Engineering/Management at Eastern Michigan University and hold an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
