Desmond Yeo

Desmond Yeo has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at PhillipCapital since February 2017, focusing on custody, securities services operations, trade settlement, reconciliation, and securities transfer. Prior to this role, Desmond held various positions at PhillipCapital, including Operations Assistant Manager, Senior Operations Executive, and Operations Executive. Before joining PhillipCapital, Desmond spent nearly six years with the Singapore Armed Forces as an RSAF Air Operation & System Expert, where responsibilities included deploying and integrating advanced command and control systems and ensuring operational readiness. Desmond began a career in IT with an internship at Zermatt (s) Pte Ltd, providing technical support and network infrastructure design. Desmond holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Singapore University of Social Sciences, completed in 2016, after graduating from Republic Polytechnic in 2011.
