Huankiat Seh

Huankiat Seh is the Chief Executive Officer of Symphony Digital Assets, leading initiatives in real-world asset tokenization and digital asset wallet services since July 2023. Concurrently, in the role of Fintech Director at PhillipCapital from 2021, Huankiat oversees the development of digital asset solutions and contributions to blockchain use cases. As a Committee Member of the Digital Innovation Committee at the Investment Management Association of Singapore since July 2025 and the Non Executive Chairman at TDT Asia since June 2023, Huankiat focuses on IT consulting and web3 technologies in financial services. Previous experience includes serving as CTO at CA Funding, Senior Engineer at Intel Corporation, and Staff Engineer at Boston MicroSystems, all of which contribute to a strong background in technology and project management. Huankiat holds a PhD in Electronics Materials from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BEng in Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London.
