Alex Shabet

Alex Shabet is a seasoned HR professional with over 25 years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Total Rewards at Phillips 66 since August 2012, Alex previously held various roles at ConocoPhillips from July 2001 to April 2012, including HR Manager for multiple divisions and Director of International Compensation & Benefits. Earlier experience includes a senior managerial position at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1996 to 2001. Alex Shabet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University, obtained in 1990.
