Caroline Sons, MS-OSH, CSP, is a passionate and people-centric leader currently serving as a Manager of Health & Safety for the North region. They possess extensive experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) program management and have held roles including Director of Health and Safety and Fire Brigade Chief at Phillips 66. Prior to that, Caroline operated their own business, Vital Signs, and worked as an Operations QA/QC in the Terminal Division of Trans-Global Solutions, Inc. They are also an active member of the Texas Industrial Emergency Services Board, focusing on improving fire training and loss prevention programs. Currently, Caroline is pursuing a degree from Columbia Southern University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
