Yaw Kyei Amoako, Ph.D., serves as the Health and Safety Manager at Newmont Mining Corporation's Akyem Mine, bringing extensive experience in health and safety management. Prior roles include Health and Safety Superintendent and Health Safety and Loss Prevention Coordinator at Newmont Mining Corporation, as well as Environment, Health and Safety Superintendent and Health Safety Environment Officer at Rocksure International. Yaw Kyei Amoako holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Environmental Science from the University of Ghana and an International Diploma in Health and Safety from NEBOSH, both obtained between 2014 and 2017.
