Catherine Cavanagh is a Process Engineer at Phillips 66 since August 2023, bringing a strong background in engineering and leadership. Catherine previously held the position of Officer of Corporate Engagement at the Society of Women Engineers - Penn State from April 2022 to May 2023 and served as an Academic Facilitated Study Group Leader for the Penn State Women in Engineering Program from September 2020 to May 2023. Additional roles include Director of Professional Development and Professional Development Chair at the Society of Women Engineers from September 2019 to September 2022. Catherine gained valuable experience as a Process Engineering Intern at Phillips 66 during two separate internships in 2021 and 2022. Catherine also participated in community initiatives as a Dancer Relations Committee Member and Rules & Regulations Committee Member for Penn State THON™. Catherine earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University in 2023, following an Advanced Regents Diploma from St. Vincent Ferrer High School in 2019.
