Christopher Combs currently serves as the Chief Security Officer at Phillips 66 since March 2022 and holds the position of Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School's Crisis Leadership Program since 2005. Combs previously worked at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1996 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing FBI operations in Central and South Texas as Special Agent in Charge and commanding the Strategic Information and Operations Center. Significant achievements at the FBI encompassed leading the development of national Active Shooter Training protocols and serving as Deputy Commander for Olympic Security during the 2012 London Olympics.
