Delyth Williams has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Director of Refining Strategy at Phillips 66 since 2011. Delyth has held various roles within the company, including Lead Process Engineer for the Hydroskimming area, where responsibilities included overseeing crude units and gas plants, and providing technical support as a Terminals Engineer for UK fuel supply terminals. Prior to Phillips 66, Delyth worked at ConocoPhillips from 2004 to 2011 as a Unit Process Engineer, focusing on hydrodesulphurisation units and various gas processing units. Delyth holds a degree in Chemical and Biochemical Process Engineering from Swansea University, completed in 2004.
