Jessica Harman, CRM, MIM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information management and IT business solutions, currently serving as the Director of IT Business Solutions at Phillips 66 since 2007. In this role, Jessica manages multiple functions to support the business application portfolio and oversees the development and implementation of digital IT transformation strategies.
