Juan Recinos

Juan Recinos is an experienced emergency response and crisis advisor, currently serving as the Assistant Fire Chief at Phillips 66 since August 2011. In this role, Juan focuses on regional emergency response strategies and crisis management. Previously, Juan worked as a Health and Safety Site Manager at Insulations, Inc. from March 2005 to July 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing safety initiatives within the Alliance refinery, emphasizing risk management and achieving significant safety milestones.
