Kathy Jackson

Kathy Jackson is a Senior Director in Treasury, currently serving as the Director of Cash, Banking & Debt Administration at Phillips 66 since 2023. Prior to this role, they spent 18 years at DCP Midstream as Senior Director of Treasury, overseeing risk management, cash management, and corporate credit card operations. Kathy began their career at Duke Energy Corporation, where they held various accounting positions before leading the treasury operations department and managing a significant commercial paper program. They are currently pursuing a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown and an MBA in Finance from Houston Christian University.
