Keo Lukefahr

Keo Lukefahr is an accomplished professional in the energy trading sector with extensive experience in derivatives and renewables. Currently serving in Global Derivatives Trading at Phillips 66 since October 2024, Keo previously held leadership roles at Aramco Trading Company as Head of Trading - Derivatives & Renewables and at Motiva Enterprises LLC as Head of Derivatives & Renewables Trading. Keo's background includes building and managing trading desks, implementing hedging strategies, and expanding capabilities in low carbon trading. Initially, Keo developed the natural gas and LNG trading business at PetroChina International, achieving full P&L accountability for the Americas. Earlier career highlights include significant profit increases at BP and leadership at Booz Allen Hamilton, where Keo advanced to Principal in the Global Energy Practice. Keo holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota.
