Matthew Siddall

Matthew Siddall has over 18 years of experience at Phillips 66, where roles included Manager of Process Technology and Margin Improvement, as well as Process Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on TWIC Card and multi-disciplinary teams. As HSE Manager, Matthew successfully amalgamated safety and environmental groups into a unified entity, achieving a year-on-year reduction in process safety incidents, environmental events, and injury rates. Prior experience includes roles as Shift Superintendent and Lead Process Engineer. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, earned between January 1989 and January 1993.
