Mike Horstmeyer

Mike Horstmeyer is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently serving as the Mechanical Engineering Team Lead, Maintenance Superintendent, and Reliability Engineer at Phillips 66 since July 2021, Mike has previously held multiple roles at ExxonMobil from June 2013 to July 2021, including Mogas Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, Process Engineer, Turnaround Engineer, and Mechanical Contact Engineer. Notable achievements include planning and executing mechanical aspects of significant refinery turnarounds and expanding expertise in pressure vessel and piping codes. Additionally, Mike held the position of President at The Delta Chi Fraternity, Inc. while attending Purdue University, where a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering was earned. Mike further enhanced their qualifications with a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2021.
