Robin Adderley is an accomplished process engineer with extensive experience in the chemical engineering sector. From September 2012 to June 2018, Robin worked as a Process Development Engineer at Unilever, focusing on pilot scale development and full-scale trials for emulsion production processes. In September 2019, Robin joined INEOS as a Process Engineer, contributing to a significant £150 million VAM plant project in Hull until July 2021. Following this, Robin held the role of Process Engineer at Phillips 66 from July 2021 before advancing to Lead Process Engineer in April 2023. Robin holds a Bachelor of Engineering with first-class honors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Hull and a Master of Science with distinction in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Leeds.
