Steve Kelley

Steve Kelley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly with Phillips 66 and ConocoPhillips. Currently serving as the Technical Services Manager for Emerging Energy at Phillips 66 since May 2013, Steve is a key member of the Billings Refinery leadership team responsible for various functions including commercial optimization and advanced process controls. Prior roles at Phillips 66 include Director of Research Services Engineering and Operations overseeing five groups. At ConocoPhillips, Steve held positions such as Director of Downstream Business Development, where responsibilities included value chain optimization and strategic planning, and earlier roles in process engineering and optimization. Steve holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Chemistry from Wayland Baptist University.
