Tim Seidel is an accomplished professional in the petroleum industry, currently serving as Vice President of Value Chain Optimization at Phillips 66 since February 2012. Tim has held various leadership positions, including General Manager of the Los Angeles Operations at the Carson and Wilmington sites, and Refinery Manager at the Ponca City, OK Refinery. Prior to joining Phillips 66, Tim worked at ConocoPhillips as Refinery Production Manager and held several managerial and engineering roles at Phillips Petroleum Company and ConocoPhillips from September 1997 to April 2005. Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman between 1991 and 1996.
