Tom Campbell

Tom Campbell currently serves as the Director of Product Development and Commercialization at Phillips 66 since November 2019. In addition to this role, Tom Campbell has been a consultant at TwoFiveConsulting LLC since January 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of the Office of Technology Transfer and Innovation at the University of Houston from September 2016 to November 2019, and various leadership positions at BP between 2002 and 2015, encompassing roles such as Technology Vice President for Alternative Energy and New Technology Manager at BP Biofuels. Tom Campbell holds an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
