Yoshira Galvan

Yoshira Galvan, MPA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Finance Analyst at Phillips 66 since April 2025, Galvan previously held various roles at EPIC Midstream from April 2018 to March 2025, including Lead Accountant and Senior Accountant, where responsibilities included financial monitoring, budget variance analysis, and project support in Joint Ventures. Earlier experience includes positions at Zachry Group as an Accountant - JV, involved in financial performance oversight and extensive accounts payable functions, as well as managerial roles at Sam Moon Trading and Universal Toyota. Galvan holds a Master of Professional Accounting from Texas A&M University-San Antonio and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
