Charlie Toll

Charlie Toll has over three decades of experience in accounting and finance, with a significant tenure at Phillips & Jordan, Inc. starting in April 2001, where roles have included Regional Controller, Project Accounting Manager, and Senior Staff Accountant. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Accountant at Granite Construction from September 1997 to April 2001 and at The Hardaway Company from February 1993 to September 1997. Charlie Toll holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from the University of South Florida, completed between 1984 and 1986, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same institution, earned from 1977 to 1982.
