Dwight E. Bailey, AIA, is currently the Director of Mixed Use Architecture at Phillips Partnership, overseeing the design and construction of multi-family and retail projects across the country. With NCARB certification and licensure in 14 states, they bring extensive expertise to their role. Previously, Bailey gained experience as a designer and draftsman at Associated Engineering Consultants and held various intern positions, including at Cameron Wolfe Architects and Beeson Lusk and Street Architects. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, where they studied from 1985 to 1993.
