Debashis Datta Purkayastha

Debashis Datta Purkayastha has a work experience of over 12 years in various engineering roles. Debashis started their career as a Graduate Engineer at Sterlite Technologies Limited in 2007, where they worked until 2011. Debashis then joined MCPI Private Limited as a Deputy Manager, where they worked until 2014. Following that, they worked at Reliance Industries Limited as a Maintenance Manager from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are working as the Chief Manager - Engineering Head at PCBL Limited since March 2019.

Debashis Datta Purkayastha completed their education with a PGDM in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2025. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Agartala from 2003 to 2007. In 1996, they studied Science at Radha Kishore Institution. In addition, they acquired various specialization certificates in Six Sigma from the Board of Regents of the University system of Georgia in 2023. Purkayastha also completed a course on Successful Negotiation Strategies and Skills from the University of Michigan in the same year.
