Prakash Kumar

Prakash Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy and management within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Divisional Head of Business Strategy at PCBL Limited since July 2016, Prakash leads a strategy cell that focuses on market analysis, competition benchmarking, and process improvements, reporting directly to the Managing Director. With a background at PCBL from April 2013 to June 2016 as Executive Assistant to the MD, Prakash contributed to the company's turnaround, enhancing profitability and collaborating on strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a production planning system. Prior experience includes a role as Engineer in Application Development at CSC. Prakash holds a PGDM in Finance and Operations from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
