Sharad Kumar Shivhare

Sharad Kumar Shivhare is an experienced professional in power plant operations, currently serving as a Senior Executive at PCBL Limited since September 2022, focusing on boiler, turbine, and diesel generator operations while implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and 5S methodologies. Prior to this role, Sharad worked as a Technical Associate at Tata Metaliks from September 2017 to September 2022, specializing in captive power plant operation. Earlier experience includes a position as a DCS Operator at Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd (GPIL) from March 2013 to August 2017, also dedicated to captive power plant operations. Sharad holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College Jhansi, acquired between August 2009 and October 2012.
