Phillip Lee

Phillip Lee serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Development and Strategic Partnerships at Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. since 2018, where responsibilities include leading expansion strategies and evaluating new markets. In addition, Phillip leads business development for The Estate Registry, a FinTech company focused on estate lifecycle management, since 2021. With extensive experience in financial operations and corporate development, Phillip has held significant roles including CFO of Prepona and Ping Pong Brazil, and as a partner at Clairfield International. Phillip's board involvement spans companies like Newsmatics, and leadership roles include chairing the Atlanta - Rio Sister Cities Committee. Education consists of an MBA in Finance and International Business from Indiana University and expertise in Balanced Scorecard from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
