Mandy Garza

Mandy Garza has worked in the transportation industry since 2008. Mandy began their career at Werner Enterprises as a Driver Recruiting Assistant. Mandy then worked their way up to Customer Service Manager, EDI Customer Analyst, Director of Corporate Accounts, and Senior Director of Corporate Accounts. In 2020, they transitioned to Phillips Connect as Senior Director of Customer Service. During their time at Werner Enterprises, they were responsible for the daily operations and long term strategy for customers who utilize Werner's 3PL capabilities, identifying cost savings opportunities, continuous improvement activities, and providing ad hoc and scheduled reporting and analysis to customers. Mandy also assisted customers with requests for loads and assigning of loads to designated carriers, and created and implemented service plans to meet customer goals.

Mandy Garza attended Omaha Central High School from 1997 to 2000. Mandy then went on to earn their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing and Management with a Sociology Minor from Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business from 2000 to 2004.
