Reza Masoumian

Reza Masoumian currently serves as a Senior Hardware Validation and Test Engineer at Phillips Connect since August 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Principal Hardware Engineer at ICU Medical, where significant contributions to the R&D team of the critical care department involved leading multiple product enhancements and implementing cost-saving initiatives through innovative modifications to legacy systems. At LIGHTMED USA, Reza was involved in the development of ophthalmic lasers and ultrasound imaging systems while managing North American service operations, and previously worked as a Technical Manager at Welltone, overseeing a team in the design and development of audiologic equipment. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from BIHE and a certificate in HVACR from Orange Coast College.
