Xin (Roger) Jin

Xin (Roger) Jin has a wealth of experience in the engineering and product management fields. Xin (Roger) began their career in 2008 at Cummins Inc. as an Electrical and Controls Engineer, and was promoted to Senior Controls Engineer and Control Team Leads during their time there. In 2015, they moved to OMEGA Engineering as a Product Manager. In 2019, they became a Senior Global Business Development Manager at MadgeTech, Inc., and in 2020 they moved to Mission Critical Electronics as a Product Manager. Xin (Roger) is currently employed at Phillips Connect as a Product Manager.

Xin (Roger) Jin attended Shanghai University from 2001 to 2005, where they received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Xin (Roger) then attended Michigan Technological University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Finally, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing, Strategy, and General Management.
