Scott Gusel

Scott Gusel serves as the Director of Warehouse Operations at Phillips Distilling Company since September 2011, overseeing a 700,000 square foot, three-shift operation. Prior to this role, Scott was the Director of Distribution at Skybridge Marketing Group from March 2008 to August 2011, where significant process improvements led to over $225,000 in annual savings. Scott also held the position of RDC Group Leader at Target from December 2005 to March 2008, managing a team within the Music & Movies, Break Pack and Packing department. Earlier career experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Archway Marketing Services from October 1998 to March 2005, focusing on IT system enhancements and process improvements. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, obtained from 1986 to 1991.
