Ben Waters

Ben Waters has extensive work experience in finance and investment management. Ben started their career as an Assurance Staff at Plante Moran in 2012 and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Senior Real Estate Accountant at Miller-Valentine Group, where they maintained accounting records, created budget models, and generated ad-hoc budget models. In 2016, Waters joined Phillips Edison & Company and held various roles, including Senior Financial Analyst and Director of Investment Management. Currently, they serve as the Associate Vice President of Finance, Investment Management at Phillips Edison & Company.

Ben Waters received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained the certification of CPA (Inactive) from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio.
