Greg Hausfeld

Greg Hausfeld has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 as a Development Associate at Corporex. In 2010, they became a CRE Asset Analyst at Fifth Third Bank before joining Phillips Edison & Company in the same year. At Phillips Edison & Company, they held several roles including Senior Acquisitions Underwriting Analyst from 2010 to 2012, Acquisitions Manager from 2012 to 2015, Regional Director of Portfolio Management from 2015 to 2017, and finally Regional Vice President Portfolio Management since September 2017.

From 2003 to 2008, Greg Hausfeld attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate.
