Joe Schlosser

Joe Schlosser's work experience begins in 1993 at Shook National Corporation, where they worked as a Project Engineer until 1999. Joe then joined The Nelson Stark Company as a Project Manager from 1998 to 2000. In 2001, they became a Senior Engineer at the University of Cincinnati until 2004. From 2004 onwards, Joe joined Phillips Edison & Company, starting as a Financial Analyst, Leasing Agent, Director of Leasing, and Director of Fund Management until 2009. Joe then served as the Senior Director of Operations - NTR from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, Joe has held the position of Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management, where they manage a national portfolio of assets and is a voting member of PECO's Investment Committee. In January 2024, they were promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Joe Schlosser completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati from 1992 to 1997. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance from the same university from 2001 to 2004.
