Joseph G. Schlosser

Joe Schlosser joined Phillips Edison in 2004 as a Financial Analyst and underwriter. In 2005 he became a Leasing Agent and was promoted to Director of Leasing in 2007. In 2010, Mr. Schlosser started and managed Phillips Edison’s 3rd Party Management Department and led a team providing real estate services to external property owners. In 2012, he joined the Phillips Edison Grocery REIT team where he currently serves on the non-traded REIT’s investment committee for new acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Schlosser leads our Portfolio Management team which oversees a portfolio of over 30 million square feet and approximately $4 billion of total asset value across multiple funds. Prior to joining Phillips Edison, Mr. Schlosser gained extensive experience providing construction management services on commercial projects including grocery anchored shopping centers. He received his college education at the University of Cincinnati where he received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in real estate.
