Julie Schwierling

Julie Schwierling, CTP has a strong background in treasury management and financial analysis. Julie began their career as a Financial Analyst at Provident Bank (now PNC Bank) in 1998. Julie then moved on to Luxottica Retail, where they held various roles including Financial Analyst, Sr. Accountant, Sales Audit Manager, and ultimately Treasury Manager from 1999 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Axcess Financial as the Manager of Treasury. Currently, Julie serves as the VP of Treasury Services at Phillips Edison & Company, a position they have held since December 2018.
