Kassi Foote

Kassi Foote has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kassi started their career as a Summer Analyst at Mercer Capital in 2010. In 2011, they joined Fifth Third Bank where they worked as a Credit Analyst and a Commercial Real Estate Analyst for two years. In 2013, Kassi transitioned to Phillips Edison & Company where they worked their way up from an Underwriting Analyst to an Acquisitions Associate and then Director of Acquisitions. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Portfolio Management - Value Add Region at Phillips Edison & Company.

Kassi Foote completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Vanderbilt University from 2005 to 2009. Kassi then pursued their Masters of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2009 to 2011.
