Kevin Lees

Kevin Lees has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kevin started their career in 1998 as a Staff Accountant at Globe Business Resources, Inc. In 2000, they joined Phillips Edison & Company as the Director of Accounting, Budgeting & Planning. Kevin then took on the role of Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Fund Analyst in 2008. In 2014, they became the Director of Underwriting and later, the Associate Vice President of Underwriting. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Transactions at Phillips Edison & Company.

Kevin Lees holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
