Richard Tranter

Richard Tranter has a strong background in real estate law. Richard began their career as an extern at the Montgomery County Board of Revision in 2012. Shortly after, they joined Phillips Edison & Company as a Real Estate Attorney in August 2012. Over the years, Richard progressed within the company and held various roles, including Associate General Counsel, Leasing from December 2016 to October 2019. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Phillips Edison & Company.

Richard Tranter attended St. Xavier High School from 2000 to 2004. Richard then received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Boston College, graduating in 2008. Following that, Richard went on to attend the University of Dayton School of Law from 2009 to 2012, obtaining their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree.
