Patrick McMullen

Patrick McMullen has held various roles in the infrastructure industry. Patrick served as the President of Phillips Infrastructure Holdings, Inc. since 2017. Prior to that, they were the President and Chief Financial Officer of Phillips & Jordan, Inc., a subsidiary of Phillips Infrastructure Holdings. Phillips & Jordan, Inc. is a woman-owned, heavy civil, and infrastructure contractor that has been operating since 1952. Patrick McMullen has extensive experience in leadership positions within the industry.

Patrick McMullen attended the University of South Florida from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
