Joseph B. Schmit

Mr. Schmit concentrates his practice in a broad range of commercial and other litigation matters, including securities, business torts, shareholder and investor disputes, fraud, lender liability, construction, contract disputes and environmental litigation. He has litigated cases in both state and federal courts throughout the country, including multi-district litigations and defending class actions, as well as before arbitration tribunals. Mr. Schmit also handles product liability cases and has experience with government and internal investigations, as well as environmental disputes under various state and federal statutes and common law.
