Thomas Ording is currently the Head of Engineering Services at Phillips-Medisize, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this position, Thomas worked at BILA A/S as a Product Manager from 2016 to 2019, and at Bang & Olufsen in various roles including Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, Senior Manager in R&D, and Software Designer from 2005 to 2008.
