Bhaskar Mani

Bhaskar Mani has over 24 years of work experience in various engineering roles in the field of power plant and turbine design. Bhaskar is currently the Head of Engineering at Triveni Turbine Limited, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they worked at Baker Hughes as a Principal Engineer from 2015 to 2022, where they provided strategic leadership to design teams and drove new technology integration and product offerings. Before that, they worked at GE, holding the position of Principal Engineer from 2013 to 2015, and at GE Power & Water from 2004 to 2013, where they served as an Engineering Technical Leader and Lead Engineer in steam turbine design and systems engineering. Bhaskar also has experience working at Tata Consulting Engineers Limited as a Design Engineer in power plant engineering from 1998 to 2004.

Bhaskar Mani holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering. Bhaskar also obtained a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from MEI Polytechnic. In terms of additional certifications, Bhaskar has completed various courses on leadership, emotional intelligence, risk management, finance, project management, and coaching from LinkedIn.
