Jacqueline Leong is a Senior Associate at Phillips Ormonde Fitzpatrick, with experience in trade mark portfolio management, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, and providing advice on trade mark registrability and infringement. Jacqueline has also worked as a Trade Mark Attorney at Ward Keller and Madderns Patent & Trade Mark Attorneys, handling various trade mark matters for local and overseas clients. Jacqueline's previous roles include handling trademarks, patents, and industrial designs prosecution at Rahmat Lim & Partners, and drafting privatisation agreements at the Attorney General Chambers. Jacqueline holds a Graduate Certificate of Trade Mark Law and Practice from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Malaysia.
