Darren Chetcuti

Darren Chetcuti is an Associate Attorney at Phillips Spallas & Angstadt LLP, a position held since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Post Bar Law Clerk and Certified Law Clerk in the District Attorney's Office for the County of Santa Clara in 2023 and 2022, respectively, as well as a Certified Law Clerk for the County of San Mateo. Additional legal experience encompasses an internship at the United States Attorneys' Offices in 2021, and various summer internships at the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office and San Francisco District Attorney’s Office from 2017 to 2020. Darren Chetcuti earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of San Francisco and holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration from the University of Oregon. Secondary education was completed at Archbishop Mitty High School.
