Micah Yospe

Micah Yospe is an experienced attorney currently serving as an Associate Attorney at Phillips Spallas & Angstadt since September 2020. Prior to this position, Micah worked at Gordon & Rees from May 2016 to August 2019, defending major automobile manufacturers in warranty and product liability cases while managing all phases of litigation. From September 2012 to August 2015, Micah was an Associate Attorney at Bowman and Brooke, focusing on high-profile product liability cases and MDL proceedings. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Fellow role at Santa Clara University School of Law, where curriculum development and conference organization took place. Micah's legal career began as a Research Associate at the Law Offices of John S. Perkins, Esq., engaging in real estate and contract litigation.
