Caitlyn Martin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a background in both managerial and generalist roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Phillips & Temro Industries since July 2019, Caitlyn has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Team Leader and Human Resources Team Member at Target from August 2013 to July 2019. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2013.
